Legislative Accomplishments

• HB 919 & HB 1203 - Two of the largest HOA reforms laws passed in more than a decade, establishing the Homeowners Bill of Rights and providing transparency and accountability for corrupt HOA boards.

• HM 167 & HM 351 - Holding the Federal government accountable by demanding they redesignate the FARC as a Foreign Terrorist organization and condemning the emerging partnership between both communist China and Cuban governments.

• HB 437 - Protecting our environment and our intercoastal waterways by implementing Anchoring limitation areas in parts of Biscayne Bay. We do not want our waterways to become homeless shelters and help keep them clean.

• Secured over $8,000,000 in state funding for our local community.

• Voted in favor of lowering taxes, increasing community safety, and toll relief
